The Company is owned and managed by the following individuals:
Robert Marino is one of the founders of WaterShield and is the inventor for each of the Company’s products. Mr. Marino has extensive knowledge of fluid and flow dynamics, manufacturing and production as well as the operational requirements necessary for profitable operations.
Steve Larson is the principal of S&H Products, Inc., a manufacturer of lightweight, high-strength metal and brass fire hose nozzles and other firefighting equipment designed for battling wildland forest and brush fires. All products are designed to meet or exceed U.S. Forest Service GSA standards (mil-I-45208) and are manufactured at its foundry and machine shop in the Denver, Colorado metro area.
Michael H. Leede is one of the founders of the Company. Mr. Leede is a principal in numerous operating companies and has been actively involved in all aspects of various business entities with particular emphasis on finance, real estate, and the development of new business opportunities.
Rod Buscher is one of the founders of the Company and whose background is in the automotive business.
